We take a general travel concept and turn it into a functional day-by-day schedule, managing everything from entrance fees to group activity timing.
Services are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and issuance of an official TTA Group Adventure Agency digital voucher.
All rates are Nett and non-commissionable. Rates include local taxes but are subject to revision if government taxes change.
30-60 Days: 100% Refund. 15-30 Days: 50% Refund. Less than 15 Days: No refund/100% cancellation charges apply.
First amendment is free; subsequent changes to confirmed itineraries incur a service fee of $25 per change.
Standard vehicles are provided for point-to-point transfers and listed sightseeing only (8 hours/80km per day typical).
Children under 2 years are FOC (sharing bed). Children 2-11 years are charged at 75% of adult rate with an extra bed.
Standard check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 11:00. Early check-in is subject to availability and may be charged extra.
TTA Group Adventure Agency is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, strikes, or political unrest.
No-shows for transfers or tours are non-refundable. Drivers will wait a maximum of 30 minutes at pickup points.
Standard allowance is 1 medium suitcase and 1 handbag per person. Oversized luggage requires a vehicle upgrade at cost.
It is mandatory for all guests to have valid international travel insurance. TTA Group Adventure Agency is not liable for medical emergencies.
In regions requiring 4x4 vehicles due to heavy snow, the cost difference is borne by the client at the time of service.
Final payment must be cleared 21 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation.
Driver-cum-guides provide basic info. For historical context, a licensed professional guide must be pre-booked.
Any disputes or claims arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the company’s registered headquarters.
